Burlingame, CA - Studio Shop Gallery is proud to announce its latest exhibition, "Reveal," a captivating exploration of the interplay between the impressionistic artistry of Foad Satterfield and the bold abstract expressionism of Katy Kuhn. Both artists share a profound fascination with music and poetry, which greatly influence their artistic processes. This showcase uncovers unique ways these two artists interpret the natural world.

Foad Satterfield's approach to art is a strategic blend of abstraction and landscape, coupled with an element of water, revealing itself through exploration and the passage of time. When asked to define his work, Satterfield humbly states, "My art is an abstraction with a landscape at its core." 

In contrast, Katy Kuhn draws inspiration from her hiking experiences in nature, translating her emotions of the moment into vibrant abstract expressionistic paintings. Kuhn states, "I create abstract images because I am more interested in the work 'feeling' like something rather than 'being' something."

To fully immerse viewers in the beauty of their creations, Studio Shop Gallery invites you to the opening reception Friday, November 3, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
